The central courtyard is an ideal place to entertain and was the location for many meals and barbecues while the owners enjoyed the sound of the waterfall.

They said it was protected from the weather and could be used for many months of the year.

The parents’ retreat is at the back of the home and includes a study, master bedroom, walk-in robe and ensuite with large bath.

It opens to a private enclosed garden.

Upstairs there are four bedrooms with built-in robes, two bathrooms and a living area, with a kitchenette, that opens to a balcony.
