With their children having left home, the owners have decided to sell and will leave behind many happy memories of the home and neighbourhood.

“It is a great family house to live in and a wonderful quiet area,” the owner said. “It is surrounded by recreational spaces and close to public transport, shops, cafes, restaurants and the beach.”
