THE owners were won over by this home’s ‘English feel’, pretty front gardens and the warmth of the interiors when they saw it.
They said the house had become their little oasis.
“It’s like a year-round holiday, a few minutes from town, the river and beach,” they said.
“It’s also been a fantastic house to watch our kids grow up.
“We spent 10 years in London before moving back to Perth so to be able to sit in the living room and alfresco area and look out over the kids playing cricket or soccer in the backyard or swimming with their mates has been priceless.”

“We also have a lot of fond memories of family and friends enjoying time together here; our record for a Christmas lunch is 29 people seated together at a long table.”

“The second best view is from the pool house, which looks out to the pool area through 5m of large doors – it really is spoilt on the kids, but the visitors love it.”
