The owners said the house was very easy to live in with a great layout.

The owners said from the living area you can enjoy the greenery of courtyards on either side of the house.
“It’s a relaxing feeling when all you are looking out on is garden spaces,” they said.
“And on a Saturday morning it’s great to get a coffee from the Herdsman across the road and sit out in the courtyard with the paper.”

While the complex was built in the 1980s, the owners have updated the home.

With a growing family, they are upsizing and looking for a bigger home.
