Staff WriterWestern Suburbs Weekly

RAY White Dalkeith-Claremont director Vivien Yap has been recognised among the group’s very best performers, being named among the Chairman’s Elite.

The award, which is presented to salespeople who write more than $1.25 million in fees and/or 120 sales each year, places her among a very small handful of top Ray White agents across Australasia.

She is also the group’s first female Chairman’s Elite of 2018-19.

Mrs Yap was humbled by the recognition and said the award was testament to her determination over the past 12 months to service her clients.

“It is such an honour to be named as the first female – among the very best agents across Ray White,” Mrs Yap said.

“It’s wonderful to be recognised and it’s also great motivation to grow stronger and work harder in the next year.”

Ray White Group managing director Dan White said Mrs Yap was an exceptional agent and had achieved a lot in her first year with the group.

“She has had such a positive impact and I cannot wait to see what she achieves next,” he said.
