Subiaco: work to start on Botanical apartments

Managing director Gavin Hawkins said it was a rare highlight for the Perth residential property market and buyer sentiment at the upper mid and top end of the market appeared relatively strong, with decent demand from retirees and empty nesters looking for the convenience and lifestyle offered by apartment living.

However, the market was very discerning and projects needed to have a premium location, great design, internal and external space and a unique offering.
