THE 2018 REB Top 50 Women in Real Estate was revealed last month, with two western suburbs agents the only representatives from WA.
The list, in its third year, celebrates the industry’s leading women and recognises the contribution they make to the high performance standards the industry demands of its top achievers.
The rankings are based on several criteria including number of properties sold, total dollar volume of properties sold and average sale value.
Ray White Dalkeith-Claremont director Vivien Yap was the highest placed WA agent, at fourth.
She has seven years experience and sold 91 properties in the reporting period for a total value of $165,088,000.
Abel McGrath property consultant Michelle Kerr was the other WA representative.
This is the first time she has made the Top 50 list.
She ranked 44th, selling 47 properties for a total vale of $73,444,000 and ranked in the top three for lowest days on market.
