Four women were selected for the Australian All Star Team – Elizabeth Hinkes (Wembley Lacrosse Club), Jessica Kennedy (East Fremantle Lacrosse Club), Country Ackland (Subiaco Lacrosse Club) and Alana MacKinlay (Wanneroo Lacrosse Club).

Women’s All Star Team Head Coach Travis Roost said the high results from the WA teams were huge inspirations for the next generation of local players.

“It gives all these young players something to aspire to, to put in the work and commit to something,” he said.

“The younger girls can see how success looks like and how hard it takes to win.”
