Student to test skills on international court

Wilcox was selected to play in the Australian team for the New Zealand tournament from May 26-28.

Only four players from WA were selected to be in the Australian side.

The tournament will include two Australian teams, a New Zealand secondary school team and an Aotearoa Maori team.

Wilcox plays wing defence and centre and was with the Fremantle Netball Association until recently.

"I began netball in Year 3 at primary school and then I played for Dalmatinac Netball Club, Spearwood," she said. This year Wilcox has already been an under-21 State representative in a Brisbane netball competition and under-19 State representative at a netball competition at Sydney Olympic Park.
