ANZAC Cottages Elsewhere

A common question posed by visitors to ANZAC Cottage concerns other homes built for servicemen and/or their families impacted by World War I. The Friends of ANZAC Cottage will present talks on September 3 at 1:45 and repeat at 2:45 pm explaining various schemes and projects that operated during or after the war to house returned soldiers and their families across Australia. The Cottage , situated at 38 Kalgoorlie St, Mt Hawthorn will be open from 1pm to 4pm. Bookings are not necessary and all are welcome.
