Fringe World 2017: ‘The Dream’ at YMCA HQ in Leederville

Fringe World 2017: ‘The Dream’ at YMCA HQ in Leederville

What does it feel like to be in a dreamscape?

The Dream is a mesmerising and hypnotic new work from emerging artist Kate Thresher, an interactive installation exploring the sensation of dreaming.

Mixing video, audio and projection the inner mind is transformed into a tangible, multi-sensory environment.

Be submerged in this tactile experience and reflect on your experience of what it means to dream.

Join us for the launch of the installation with music and light refreshments on Friday 27th January from 6:00pm to 8:00pm.

The exhibition will show for ONE WEEK ONLY following the opening.

This exhibition is presented by Kate Thresher for Fringe World 2017 in partnership with Propel Youth Arts WA, The Gelo Company and YMCA HQ as a part of the First Floor Project.
