PLC Old Collegians’ Association Art Exhibition

PLC Old Collegians’ Association Art Exhibition

The 2017 PLC Old Collegians’ Association (OCA) Art Exhibition showcases emerging and established West Australian artists and is the OCA’s largest fundraising event.

More than 70 established and emerging local artists including PLC graduates, Alice Ford (2015), Fiz Eustance (2013) and Ellie Burton (2013) alongside Tess McOnie, Kim Maple, Corinne Barton, Ben Juniper and James Giddy (Scotch 2013) – will exhibit paintings, drawings, photographic works, mixed media, sculpture and jewellery.

The exhibition also features the very popular PLC Miniature exhibit where artists and others who are just feeling creative, paint or draw works on miniature canvases provided by the OCA. All proceeds from the sale of miniatures go towards OCA fundraising.

The exhibition launches with the Opening Night Cocktail Party Friday 26 May. The evening includes champagne, wine and beer, canapes, and entertainment. It is a fantastic night and an opportunity to be the first to preview and purchase the artworks. Tickets are on sale now from https://bookings.plcoca.org.au/ or at the door on the night.

The Exhibition continues throughout the weekend with entry by gold coin donation.

There is a Pop-Up Gourmet café from 10:00am–4:00pm, Saturday and Sunday, so it will be a great place to meet for a coffee or tea and homemade cake with friends and family.

Full details of the Exhibition can be found at www.plcoca.org.au, including the details of artists and their works. If you cannot make it to the Exhibition, works will be available for sale through this website from 10:00am on Saturday 27 May.
