For one night only, parking payment app provider, CellOPark is turning Curtin University’s car park into a free Drive-In Movie theatre.

Hosted in the University’s Stadium car park on 23rd February, the outdoor event will show Back to the Future on the big screen allowing up to 350 registered patrons plus guests to enjoy the movie from the comfort of their cars.

Registered guests can watch the movie for free. They also have the option of paying for their parking for a flat rate of $2, using the CellOPark app, in return for popcorn and soft drinks.

Premium CellOPark account holders will receive popcorn and soft drinks free of charge.

To gain free entry, patrons will need to pre-register their details at www.driveinmovie.com.au.

Tickets will be allocated on lottery basis and announced on the 9th February.

CellOPark will then utilise its app to validate tickets and reward motorists that pay for parking.

If the event is well received, CellOPark plans to rollout similar free movie nights throughout Western Australia and nationwide.
