Black Swan Health is hosting a free health event for the public to celebrate Senior’s Week!
We are hosting 2 free workshops available to the public to learn about healthy eating and exercise, with an Accredited Practising Dietitian and an Exercise Physiologist.
Healthy Eating for Seniors: 11.00am – 12.00pm
An interactive and informative presentation on healthy eating for seniors, presented by a dietitian. You will have an opportunity to ask your own questions to our experienced Accreditted Practising Dietitian.
Exercise Session: 12.00pm – 1.00pm
Get active with balance exercises and stretches, facilitated by our Exercise Physiotherapist. Get personal direction, so you can repeat the exercises at home. Wear comfortable clothing and closed in shoes and don’t forget to bring a water bottle!
Refreshments, tea and coffee provided.
