The June mega market is an early celebration of the history and culture of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples leading up to NAIDOC week.
Marisa Verma from Bindi Bindi Dreaming will be with us for the morning, talking about traditional bush tucker and Noongar culture.
Val Sutherland from the Melville Historical Society will also present a short talk on the history of the Palmyra area, including our Aboriginal heritage.
All our wonderful regular stallholders and foodies will join us, along with pop up stalls and local artisans and craftspeople.
There will be plenty of activities for the kids including camel rides!
