Come along to connect with the people in your local area over a delicious afternoon tea and learn how to improve your mental health with the simple act of mindfulness.
The afternoon tea will include a short mindfulness activity, led by one of Black Swan Health’s clinical psychologist registrars.
Take a break from your busy day to do something positive for your mental wellbeing in Mental Health Week!
