Black Swan Health is hosting a free event for our neighbours to celebrate Mental Health Week.
Come along to connect with the people in your local area over a delicious morning tea and learn how to improve your mental health with the simple act of mindfulness.
The morning tea will include a short mindfulness activity, led by one of Black Swan Health’s clinical psychologist registrars.
Refreshments, tea and coffee provided. Barista-made coffee available for purchase from local coffee van. Please BYO mug in consideration of the environment.
