Join Liza Harvey MLA, and health professionals in the field of gastro-intestinal cancer, speaking about the latest advancements in research and treatments; quality of life issues and caring for someone affected by GI cancer. It is the most common cancer in Australia, and affects the oesophagus, stomach, liver, gall bladder, pancreas and bowel.
This free forum provides patients, family, carers and survivors with an opportunity to hear from and ask questions of the experts, including: Dr Andrew Dean (St John of God Hospital, Subiaco), Dr David Ransom (Fiona Stanley Hospital) and Assoc. Professor Barbara Mullan (Curtin University).
