This exciting 12 week course of guided meditations will teach you how to create a safe, loving and positive place in your mind in which to nurture self-care and self-awareness.
Each week a different location will address a separate emotional or practical issue such as:
• Letting go of past concerns that stop you moving forward
• Reconnecting with joy, inner comfort and love of self.
• How to stop panicking when you visit the dentist
• Getting a good night’s sleep
The Inner Landscape can be explored by anyone, of any age. The techniques are easy to learn, easy to do and you don’t need special skills, exercises or equipment. If you can close your eyes and relax, you’re ready to begin your journey of discovery.
