Rowing offers something for everyone – from a gentle form of all over exercise to a vigorous total body workout. You can do it at your own pace and to any level to which you aspire.
Whether it’s just to learn the basic technical aspects of rowing, to regularly row so you maintain fitness, to lose those extra kilos or simply to be a part of a fun pastime and earn your bacon & egg roll after social rowing on a Saturday morning it’s all down to you.
We welcome new “learn to rowers” from throughout the community, from all walks of life, all shapes and sizes aged between 17 & 70.
