If you love road cycling and watching some of the world’s best in action, the Breakaway with Robbie and Matt ride during this year’s Tour of Margaret River will be right up your street!
Join three-time Tour de France green jersey winner Robbie McEwen and renowned cycling commentator Matthew Keenan to ride two stunning Blackwood River Valley stages of the Tour of Margaret River – now one of the largest competitive road cycling events in Australia.
You’ll be riding an hour ahead of the Tour peloton, experiencing the course before the race competitors, who include dual Olympic gold medallist and three-time World Road Race Champion Marianne Vos and her team of 11 riders – many of who are champions in their own right. Your aim is to make it to the finish line before the fastest riders catch you!
At the end of each ride you’ll be in prime position to hear Robbie and Matt’s commentary and watch the exciting finish of Stages 2 and 3 of the Tour.
Entry places to participate in this year’s Tour of Margaret River are now exhausted so this is your last chance to don your lycra and get amongst it in this stunning part of WA’s south west.
The Tour of Margaret River is proudly supported by the State Government through Tourism WA’s Regional Events Program.
