IT was an early start for many Hillarys Yacht Club sailors as they headed to Anzac Dawn Services before competing in the annual Diggers’ Cup race.
A light easterly breeze of 5 knots set the scene for a quiet, reflective sail however the competitive instinct soon took over to produce some close racing.
