MIGRANT students studying English were recently presented with achievement certificates. Three students were presented with scholarships funded by Peel Zonta Club and the City of Mandurah.

The presentations were made at a semester lunch at Tafe.

Thanks to the City of Mandurah’s three-year Partnership Funding Grant, Zonta has been able to offer 11 scholarships worth $300 each to migrant women studying English at Tafe, enabling them to improve their English with better prospects for further studies and gaining employment.
