UBER Eats has announced the food delivery service is working on launching in Kwinana and Rockingham.

An Uber Eats spokeswoman said she expected the app to go live in both areas in July.

The decision to launch was in response to an article by Weekend Courier in April this year.

An Uber Eats spokeswoman told Weekend Courier last month they had “no plans” to launch in either city and were focused on only enhancing their current service areas.

Uber Eats currently delivers to southern suburb Success all the way up north to Currambine.
